241,600 miles on my 5.4 XLT SuperCrew. I've only replaced a cam and followers, radiator, rebuilt trans at 160,000, and the alternator, everything is original, no phaser issues. 5-20 Motorcraft and FL-820S every 4500 miles. I guess I got lucky, no weird noises.
156,000 on the truck in my sig'. No engine or trans work, *knock on wood*. Cam phasers have never sounded any different. Can always hear a slight hint of them, but you have to be in close proximity to a wall. I have done plugs and a wheel bearing. Nothing else. The worst thing that is wrong with it right now is it is seeping a very slight amount of oil from the oil pan gasket and staining areas of the pan and bellhousing. It's been one solid ride, though. I absolutely got my money's worth, for sure.
2005 lariat screw 194k but a lot of fixes and I tow . Phasers/lashes /rollers complete timing set, brakes three times .throttle body . drivers window control and motor assembly . FPDM module . 215K on 2004 SCREW 4x4. Just replaced AC clutch on original compressor. Rebuilt tranny at 175K. Couple alternators and brakes, shocks, IWE and front hubs.
I don't put that many miles on mine but I have 105k and it's still running great. The paint on the other hand sucks, '05 white 150 that the hood and roof started peeling bad about 2010 and now the front fenders are peeling too.
