No power to column

No power to column
I just joined in hopes that someone can help me out. I have a 2013 Ford F150 STX 4X4, and did a little work on it today, and now, there's no power to the column. It will not even do anything when trying to start. The wipers don't work, radio don't work and neither does the fan for the AC. It won't shift to neutral with the brake depressed either. Right now, it's hangeing half out of the garage and it is dead in the water. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
