Could I install a F350 radiator in my E250 van?

A local has a cheap F350 radiator from a 2005 5.4L Triton (same engine as my van). A guy familiar with Fords said they would be different but probably only the mounting points. I don't know.
The advantage is I could pick it up today rather than wait days for a shipment (and it's $30-$40).
My van shows a: C1995 or CU1995 as a replacement option.
This one for sale is a 5C34-8005-BC which shows up as a Ford # 6C3Z8005BA
