Stumbling than dead
1996 f250 7.3 diesel automatic trans driving fine started stumbling assumed fuel ,no gauge, switched tanks ran ok ish for 2 miles started stumbling complete loss of power. Slowed to a crawl than stalled. Got fuel in the front tank bleed the system on side of the road still no fire. Tried starting fluid I know not cool but had to get out of traffic. Fired just no power now it's dead cranks just doesn't sound right while cranking still won't fire. Had oil change yesterday is it possible they put wrong oil in and it said I'm out?

Welcome Travis. How much fuel is in the tanks? Look in the stickys and find the no start flow chart. It is will help you follow a systematic way to find the problem. We can ask you 50 questions, but following the chart will be easier for you and us both. Then if you get to a step and you have questions we can gladly help you through it

Fuel
15 gallons in front 17 in rear just changed and cleans the fuel filter bowl. Noticed both my batteries are bubbling noise now tested them 6 volts or less . I just got this truck ran fine just today it quits

Some of the steps on the flowchart are links you can click to see exactly what to do.
Did you check the oil in the HPOP reservoir? Is it staying full?
What exactly did you bleed?
You have to keep those batteries up. Low batteries will kill parts.
