Lost power

Lost power
I just changed it the ipr, icp sensors and the fuel filter along with the fuel pump on the rail. ...... im still losing power and having hard hot starts....... anytime have any suggestions?

Have you pressure tested the hpop?

It's a 2001 f250 7.3 ....... no I haven't pressure tested the hpop.... how would I do that?
