I can't remember where the numbers are on the frame of a '56. Somewhere near the steering box if I remember correctly?

On both of mine the numbers were on the left frame rail, one set by the steering box and the next set under the cab mid point between the running board brackets. Both are Canadian trucks. Been told it's the opposite side for the US built trucks..
