Might be useful to have a pipeline out of Bawston down the East Coast. Need a pipeline big enough to back a large dump truck into.

Back in the 40s and 50s the City use to dump white crap into the River, until the EPA said "NO".

The storm sewers in old Peoria still dump into the River. The money from the rain tax is suppose to fix that. We'll see if it does or doesn't.
