Misfire on Zylinder 1 and 6
Hello Community. I live in Germany and own a F250. Now I have a problem with my engine. I turn to you because you are more specialists in the US than I am.
I have a problem with my 2013 F250 6.2 gas.
At 3100 RPM, my engine goes in emergency mode and shows the error Misfire in cylinders 1 and 6. OBT II code: P0301 and P0306. This is only temporary Error. When the engine is on you can hear that the engine is not run smooth.
I have renewed the spark plugs, ignition cables and ignition coils. Check cable to ignition coils. OK
Compression on all 8 cylinders 185 PSI. Evenly + /-
The injectors are also exchanged.
Ford OBT II diagnosis shows no errors after the test.
In the engine diagnostic shows:
cylinder 1 + 6 have a lower piston acceleration than the other cylinders. That's the only fault is visible on the diagnostic tool.
I tried many different things, but can not find the error on the engine.
Has anyone ever had a similar problem? I need your help from a professional.
Im happy for any input.

Thanks Danny for the recommendation. I have already tried to look for a leak. That was already an option for me.
I did not want to open the engine before I excluded all other options and lock for the sealing of the intake manifold.
Today I used an oscilloscope to control the voltages and signals at the ignition coils and fuel injectors. Everything is going well and syncrone.
Does anyone know how high the voltage at the injectors must be.
What a bit confusing for me is, that it is the cylinder 1 and 6 have this problem. Both run in the same firing rhythm.
Or I think to complicated and it's just coincidence.

I'd check the new spark plugs and coils. I'd first swap the plugs on those cylinders with known good ones from other "zylinders"; see if that cures the issue. Then swap coils. The other suggestions are good too. Just do one thing at a time; don't make multiple changes all at once, or you'll never know what may solve the problem.

If you changed the crank sensor their procedure to synchronize the new sensor to the PCM. If this not done it will cause the misfire symptoms your are having. This needs to be done by the dealer unless you have the equipment. Their is a YouTube video on this and what needs to be done.https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/1...350-folks.html
Its the fourth video down.
