Door Panel Fix?

Howdy, the door panels on the truck were just screwed on when I got it. I noticed when taking them off that the white slots for the plastic clips are missing for three of them. Does a company sell the white slots that "rivet" to the panel so I can put new clips in? Thanks

The only way I know to fix the provision for where these attach is to find a junk door panel and remove them and epoxy them to the good door panel.
