Ok I have 2018 F350 lariat with 10000 miles on it . My 11 yr old son sits in the back along with my 17 yr daughter. I have had the truck 2 months I bought it new. My problem is the leather seats seemed to maybe stretch out and when not in use are wrinkly and the leather is not tight. Anyone else having this issue? At over $70000 thought seats would be better.
This has been a complaint in the 2015 F150s since they came on the market. Its just junk leather, theres nothing you can really do unless you replace it.
It's probably better that it shows some wear. Otherwise you'll be like me nurturing it by putting laying towels before placing things on the seat or just putting stuff on the floor. I rarely have anyone else in my truck.
If you want to replace it, you can spend $500 on Katzkins. I just turned 11k miles on it and it looks brand new. My Great Dane rides in the back seat everyday to work and even his monster claws haven't made a mark yet.

I don't baby my F150, but I do have a sheet across the back seat to help catch the dog hair (dachshunds) and food crumbs (kids).

do they sel perforated, and color matching stock? I’m thinking about those of us that want to preserve heated/cooled functionality, and perhaps only replace warn front seats, not all 4x
Do a warranty claim, can’t hurt, and then it’s noted on file. That is the only way Ford will know, it’s all about cost benefit. My seats all seem to be holding up well, except I don’t like the perforations holding crumbs and crap. My drivers seat is showing some wear, but I am at 35,000 km and I have spent a fair amount of time in the seat. The front lower cushion leather is showing some wrinkles. My 2005 lasted 13years, I had one crack in the drivers seat near the door side, looked like a repair had been done to the leather a long time ago or original to the leather. It never did open up though, didn’t have to be repaired. Now I am working on tow hooks, battery brackets, and running boards.
Had this happen in my 2011 Infiniti G37. My butt made two stretched-out divots in the seat after only 6 months from brand new. I pointed it out, they replaced the seat cover without question. I'd try to make a warranty claim.
I only have 19k on my 2017 KR, but the leather is holding up just fine. I flip the rear seats up when our two boxers travel with us; at least the double-side, since our son still needs to sit in the single seat. Maybe the KR leather is heavier.
I'd second Tricon - I installed the Katzkin leather as well. Better quality than Lariat leather...holds up better. My truck has 11k on it now and I get in and out a lot. I'm 6'5" 250lbs. I don't put covers on the seats. I get in sweaty from work at times, covered in grass clippings (landscaper), etc. I'm very pleased.
In your case, I'd demand a warranty replacement first. Note that Katzin does sell nearly identical OEM seats and they are perforated so the hot/cold function should still work fine. Mine is an XLT with only heated seats, but they are perforated and appear pretty identical to Lariat seats:
This isn't entirely on topic, but I have to ask - are the super duty seats different from the F150 seats? Are they more comfortable?
My F150 seats make my *** ache after about 60-90 minutes in the seat (sometimes longer), to the point I have to push against the footwell and "stand up" to stretch those muscles. They are fine for daily driving, but they are the worst long-duration-sitting seats I recall ever having.

I don’t know if they’re different, but my 2011 F350 seats (captain’s chairs/heated/cooled/power) are still nice and firm. I’ve taken long trips in a Ford Edge and had the same back problems you described. Same trip in my truck is much better
stop into a Ford lot and look at the seats in both to see if they’re the same
