Thank you Jim! appreciate the detailed answer as always. If I want to rectify the a/s tire situation I can just go ahead and swap them for a better sized A/T 18” ? or I will need to buy new wheels and tires? if so what is the optimum size for this 3.73 ratio?
Ford offers AT tires in size 275/70R18E as a factory option. Part of the negotiation with the dealer could include installing these tires and using their IDS tool to update the tire size application and correct the speedo and odo calibration.
These AT tires are only slightly larger than the AS tires on the truck, and they do have a higher load rating. I suspect that these are the largest tires that I would install on a truck of this configuration with the 3.73 axle. However, as our older son likes to say, I’m an “unusual customer”.
My 19’ was built last week, arrived over weekend at dealership. He said hold off on doing paperwork until at least Aug 2, to see what incentives will be available, since they update on the 2nd.

My dealer has already placed their orders for July, but said if I order by today the regional rep has agreed to one more allocation on the current batch of orders. I'm inclined to do so rather than wait to see what incentives might be out in two days.

Hey Jim,
I wanted to thank you again for all the help, that's exactly what's going on today.
If later I want to add a set of wheels n tires based on my need, what sizes would you recommend? I will most likely not lifting the truck for a while
Thank you for the update on your new truck! It's always satisfying to learn that this forum's expertise has benefited a new member.
Frankly, I'm probably the last person to ask about larger tires, as I'm a 4x2 truck guy and OEM 18" wheels and tires are just fine for my purposes. Note that larger tires will not increase your truck's payload, and they may actually impede performance, as they effectively lower the axle ratio. Accordingly, I'll defer to others on this particular subject.
I hope you enjoy your new truck and that it serves you well!

Just a heads up for those looking to lower purchase costs as much as possible, I know that’s all of us! I was able to join EAA (Experimental Aircraft Association) for $40/ year and received a $750 cash incentive coupon and it entitled me to x-plan pricing. I believe you have to be a member for 2 months to get the x-plan part.
What it means, like shopping for any purchase, you need to do your homework. I ordered my 2017 in late May 2017. The last 2 weeks of May that year, they had extra incentives going. I also had $750 for going to the local Auto Show. But the big thing was negotiated a good/fair price with my local dealer. I was able to order the truck that I wanted exactly. The $75,000 MSRP Cdn $, was $62,000 plus taxes. That year they kept building the SuperDuty much longer than normal. I also got other incentives that was going on also. I used this forum to select the truck, and also to understand what is a fair price. You are unlikely to steal any truck from a dealer although some dealers are more aggressive than others. You must remember FORD is in this to make money. And if you shop well, you will minimize your price if done right...otherwise you will walk onto a dealer's lot and pay whatever they ask. Good luck and good hunting.

Dealer said that’s when incentives update. However upon speaking with him evidently there is only a $500 one. He seemed surprised. Ford marketing says any day now they are expecting 19’ incentives to roll out.
Heard a radio commercial today for a dealership announcing 0% financing not sure what manufacturer it was for as I just heard the tail end of it...
Whats the chance they will do a 0% percent financing rate?
Dealer told me today that he was told no more incentive updates until September. Ford marketing keeps saying any day. Beginning to believe the marketing folks tell consumers what they want to hear.
