Shaking at idle no engine light .

My Expedition needed a new valve spring so I took both heads off and had them rebuild .took them to a machine shop and they cleaned them and checked them out put them back on and new timing chain put on cleaned all even intake and put new coil packs and had put ford plugs back. Starts up fine now runs rough idle rough shakes got no engine light poor gas mileage eats it . No smoke out of the tell pipe .
but I did see the evap hose from the moter the purge valve the green one was sucked in like it was clogged up check it and change it out but nothing I am lost with this engine shake at idle and no codes even drove it some and it goes good when I hit the gas and does not stall out with but still no codes that ls my problem Shaking at idle and poor gas mileage and this hose from the engine to the purge valve still looks like clogged up but it's not and no light . Help any ideas ...please

I'd start with inspecting the EGR system for damage and removing the EGR valve to clean the ports behind it.

Did that even swamped the part for one I had off another vic
nothing changed i don't even know what I have not done yet .

Well this is going to be a long thread with a lot of wasted posts if you've done a lot of things already to address the issue and don't tell us what you've done.

I have just step back for a bit to see what I have to do and read some about are get advise on a path to take to figure out this . Before I even had to do this the truck run good and then valve spring broke and I just went ahead and took both heads off and took them down to the machine shop they said they were good .I put new plugs in new coil packs and timeing chain kit as well . I have just been trying to figure out the rough runing shakeing not bad just not good ....with no check engine light on even drove it to get it to come on .. good take off smooth gas mileage sucks eats it up
