Code P0303
Hello n thanks for any insight you can give. I have a 2007 ranger 2.3 I've just started getting a misfire on cyl 3 and noted it only comes up if I start the truck with the AC on. It will run rough at idle then smooth out but the code shows up. I can erase the code and crank the truck with The AC off and all is fine no code or bad idle? Any help appreciated. Tks, badcreek

Lots of unknowns. Is this puppy up to date on All past & present due scheduled maintenance replacement items, like plugs & wires? Maybe closely inspect the #3 plug wire & spark plug internally & externally for problems, like dirty/carbon tracking, or cracked/chipped ceramics, excessive plug gap, loose plug wire connection, damaged insulation & let us know what you find.
