'98 elect. problem

My '98 expedition has developed a strange problem. Normally after putting truck in drive the locks lock and everything on dash works fine. Recently the lock seguence doesn't engage and I have no crusie control or control of the thermostat for the heater. I check all of the fuses, is there a relay or sensor that is going bad? I have the Ford workshop info cd but was not able to find anything. Any ideas?
It is a '98 xlt automatic 4wd with a 4.6 motor.
Thanks, Charlie

Taking the truck to the dealer in the morning will post what they find out in case anyone else experiences a similar problem. The radio has since stopped working and the locks do not engage at all when the vehicle is put in gear. The thermostat control for the heater and the cruise control are also dead. All fuses have been checked. Charlie

Turns out the fuse/relay panel under the hood has gone bad. They ordered a new one 114 for the part 102 to install.
