Need New CAC boots...need opinions

My boots are worn and I'm starting to have more blow offs than in the past.

RiffRaff and Sinister have 4 boot and 4 clamp sets for between $199-$250. I found a set n Amazon from Alpha Dog Diesel for $147 that includes aluminum hot and cold pipes.

I'm curious if anyone has used the Alpha Dog kit and what kind of results they have had with it???

I prefer the Riffraff Diesel boots. I have run them for years on all my trucks and they are really quality plus 100 made in the USA which is really important to me. Looks like from them they are only $159 from Riffraff.

Yes I've heard nothing but the best and I've had great success with everything I've gotten from RiffRaff, but unfortunately, tax and shipping puts me at around $214 for the RiffRaff set.

With my Amazon Prime account I get free shipping, which is why I am considering the Alpha Dog set for $147...$60 - $70 is a big deal in my budget.

They don't charge sales tax, which I love since I live in kommifornia. Unless you are overnight it shipping shouldn't be that much. I looked at the alpha dog and honestly just looks like cheap Chinese junk. No name company selling no name parts. There isn't a reason to replace your pipe and most of the aftermarket pipes I have seen are much thinner gauge than stock and are very easy to crush when clamping. Up to you but I usually buy from people I can actually talk to and support our industry.
