Horn button removal?

How does one get the horn button off so I can center the steering wheel and what is the correct steering wheel position?
Spokes at the top or the bottom?

I think if you press down on the horn button and turn counter clockwise it will pop off.
About the wheel position. It should be spoke down as the truck is driven straight.

If you are trying to center the wheel, make sure your front end is aligned first.

Disable the horn prior to working on the button
