Oil temp gauge
Hey guys, I have been sitting on a spare trans temp gauge for a while and have been playing with the idea of using to monitor engine oil temps. Where would the best place for me to put the sending unit? I would think that Glowshift only has the 1/8 NPT that comes with the trans gauge, but there has to be an oil port somewhere with that thread. Oil filter housing? One of the galley plugs on the head? (Not HPOP plugs obviously, but one of the cooling passages)

I have mine in the oil filter head, as there was a plugged threaded port already there.
