Need help

So about three weeks ago while driving my truck it cut out on me three different times and died on me until the last time it would not start it was just crank over but no start have the same issue about six years ago and it ended up being my IPR valve so I changed out my IPR valve started up just fine drove around the block and seemed like it was OK until about five minutes into the drive and then I started cutting out again real bad again and ended up dying on me got it started back up and made it home. What could be the issue. This is on a 04 f250 6.0 with about 248,000 miles.

Changed out the IPR for the OEM replacement one. Stared up and will idle just fine even giving it the gas. But when I started to drive it then it would only last about 5 minutes before it started cutting out then dies. Will post data soon

Check your fuel pressure before you go running off on a wild chase and throw parts at it.

You have a metric plug on the upper fuel filter housing that you can use for a gauge, Article here.

When is the last time you changed filters, did you receive bad fuel possibly? When you key ON, do you hear the HFCM cycle on the frame rail? And you could remove the upper fuel filter, have someone key ON the truck to see if the fuel is pumping. You have to look at all aspects, codes to grab a baseline to why the truck is dying.

I change the fuel filter is about seven months ago About 6 or 7 months ago my truck had a crank no start and was told that it was my I PR valve and HPOP I changed the IPR but the one I bought online but was not the OEM replacement truck ran for about three months and then I had the issue I’m having now the cut out and died on me three times so I bought the OEM replace I PR valve and put it in but still having the issue of the truck dying. With the KOEO I get.
14.8 IPR
0 ICP
47.5 FMP
12.0 FLP
when I crank it over and at idle I get
21.4 IPR
584 ICP
47.5 FMP
13.0 FLP
when I hold idle at 1500 RPM
26.5 IPR
806 ICP
47.5 FMP
13.0 FLP

The IPR and ICP are the ones to watch for HPOP issues. KOEO IPR should be 14 ICP 0 or ICPv .2. KOER IPR when warm 21-24% and ICP 560-600

You need to check your fuel pressure like Maxium4x4 suggested. Does it sputter when it quits?
