Primer advice
Working up on the front clip, all sheet metal media blasted and epoxy primed. Probably 2-3 coats of polyester high build, each coat blocked down, in some cases to bare metal particularly on the edges. Should I then go epoxy sealer coat and 2K urethane for one final block or just epoxy sealer coat?

Polyester primer can be difficult to work with and shouldn't be wet sanded. Whenever I used polyester primer, it was used for more of a final coat of body filler to help achieve a more uniform finish to my bodywork, then I'd finish up with urethane build primer for final blocking and paint prep. Then your epoxy sealer can go over that with your finished color.

Double check the paint over primer requirements. Friend had problems after finding out (way too late) that the primer he used had to be color coated within 3 days or the top coat would not adhere.
