Ticking
I have a 97 f150, 137000 miles and it has a tick to it, I know it has a exhaust leak but I don't know if that it is, it's non existent at idle and barley at normal driving only when accelerating

Re torque your spark plugs, could be the first sign of one poping out. Also fix the exhaust leak to eliminate another headache, take the exhaust manifolds to a machine shop so they can resurface them or buy new ones.
