04 expedition won't turn over
Hi guys, I have a 04expedition that won't turn over. Dash lights work, fuel pump kicks on, pats not blinks fast. Load tested battery, fine. Jumped solenoid on starter and car started so starter should be fine. Replace neutral safety switch, still nothing, switched out starter relay with tow light relay still nothing. I got 12 volts on ignition switch when on start position. Is there anything else short of a bad wire, fuse 101 (30 amp) for starter relay was blown, replaced but nothing.

There is a white box under the dash on the drivers side. There’s a 5 digit master code on the box. Punch that code and then enter your own code and it should deactivate the anti theft.
