I have a 2017 F250 Lariat Fx4 with nitto grappler tires.
I usually drive with tire pressures around 60-65 in front and 65-70 in the rear.
I usually just tow locally so I never bother with changing my pressures. But I’m about to leave for a 8 hour trip pulling a 22’ inboard boat. Was just wondering if I should consider going up in PSI. As there seems to be a number of differences in opinion here, but the all seems to relate to 5th wheel or loads heavier than a boat.
Id just like to find a good balance between MPG and ride comfort. As my wife will be joining and she is pregnant. So road trips aren’t exactly comfortable for her.
