I have a 1979 F-350 4x4 truck that needs new rear spring hanger brackets. All the hanger brackets are in excellent condition on my 1978 F-250 4x4. Both trucks are Custom Trim trucks. Can I use the brackets from the 3/4 ton on my 1 ton since I do not plan on hauling a lot of weight as well as most aftermarket parts companies only carry lift kits for 3/4 ton and less trucks?

Man! Those plow trucks really take a beating from the road salt!
They are the same...but Bill already told you that. I think I'd look the underneath of that truck over real good if you were going to take it out on the road.
I have already been under this truck as I was originally gonna use it as a parts truck for the F-250 but when I saw dual Dana 60's and a solid frame I plan on swapping the cab from my F-250 over as well as the Spring Hangers since right now money is extremely tight. The 250 has a broken front Dana 44 HD and the 250 has a better tranny for swap to the 350 plus the 250's cab is solid.
