There are lots of flathead V8's around the EU, the French built their version of it well into the 80's. Members on here in the UK are probably a good place to start, check some of the UK rodding sites. Shipping from the States will be very pricey.
Likely the hardest thing to find will be the bracket that mounts to the front of the engine. Very hard to find even in the US.

Yes i know. ive got a person in dallas who ships in switzerland, thats no problem. im looking for a flathead 239 engine in good condition and without cracks in the block.

Here is a link to a reliable supplier, Reds Headers. They have been selling French Flatheads.

SFFlatheads say they were the original importers of the French Flatheads but their website seems to have a problem today. Still readable through the garbage.
And then H & H Flatheads can supply you with whatever you want I am sure.
