all he is doing is leaning the engine he may be saving gas but he i sloosing power and damaging his engine
since the o2sensors would compensate for this we would just loose power and be driving a giant explosive on four wheels. come to think of it he hasnt responded in a while 
I would imagine you EFI guys will notice even better results than my archaic carb system
