Mounts question

I just got a 2015 F250 and it has some type of mounts under the bed. Can someone explain to me what they are for?

More than likely some slide in pipe racks, for hauling a single oilfield style down-hole pump, or similar. Probably was one attached near the front bumper also.

On both sides?? Is it possible they were mounts for a glass company side mounts? I've not quite seen anything like it but I could think of a few ideas that they could be used for.

Camper tie downs. How's the springs and shocks? Hopefully it wasn't run overloaded too much.

Suspension seems fine. I was thinking it was some type of camper hook up. Just hoping it wasn’t for something extreme!
