Installed Front LED Bulbs - Hyperflash after LED Flasher installed?
When I went to use blinkers they flashed rapidly (hyper flashing). Read about installing a Novia EP 27 Electronic Flasher to stop hyper flashing. It states it will work on LEDs, incandescent, and a combination of both.
Installed the Novia EP 27 and hyper flashing continues

I do not want to add resistors at each bulb....I prefer to solve with a new LED Flasher.
Is there another flasher I should be using? The EP 27 is what is called for according to O'Reillys and what I have read that is used on our vintage Super Dutys.
Thanks!
Solved!!!!
I hope my research can help others wanting to change out turn signal bulbs to LED bulbs.
Credit to ryaneverk2 as his post lead me to figure it all out!
Duh.....I was installing the new flasher in engine compartment! There's a flasher in a box on driver's side fender. I heard and felt it ticking when blinkers were activated so I presumed this was the flasher that needed to be replaced.....NOT!!!

Upon further research, the flasher I need to change is located under dash near radio. This is a not too easy to access area!
Pics below show: OEM Relay, New Relay, Access panel, Location of where relay is located (see screwdriver pointing), and Where I stuck my arm for access.
New relay part box
Access panel
Location of relay
Where I stuck my arm
Steps:
I removed access panel under steering wheel. I placed a square boat cushion/type IV flotation device on floor next to entry area. I used this to kneel down in front of entry area. I used my left arm to locate flasher. Ignition was turned on and flasher activated; this allowed me to pinpoint its location. Once located, I could see, using a small flashlight, that there is a small black cover that needs to be removed. I felt around and could barely see the small push tabs. Once tabs were pushed I pulled cover and was able to remove it. Once cover is removed it is important to note orientation of cover for installation.
Upon removal of cover, select the blue (larger of two relays) relay for removal. Wiggle it out and be sure to hold its orientation of how it was removed. You need to know this for installation of new flasher (pins on relay need to be aligned).
Take new relay and work your way up into area for installation. It takes patience but can be done. Wiggle and push until relay finds its way into plug holes. NOTE: This is why you need to know orientation of the one that was removed.
Once new relay/flasher is installed, you can now install black cover... the same orientation as it was removed.
Now, congratulate yourself for w job well-done!!!!

And, I must give credit to FTE and all the folks who post here and assist others.....
