Weird Electrical Gremlin
The Vehicle: 1999 Ford F250 Super Duty 7.3, 2WD, Power Mirrors, Locks, Windows. After Market Sony Stereo with back-up cam. Approximately 140,000 miles
The problem: I went out today and found my stereo was on. I tried to turn it off with no luck. I started the truck and tried to turn it off with no luck. I then turned the truck off, same result. I also noticed my airbag dash light was on, but when I turned the truck on a second time and back off and then back on it went out as it should.
I pulled the radio fuse and unsurprisingly the radio went off. What was unusual I could still hear a noise that sounded like a relay was kicking in and out, but it did not appear to be coming from a relay in the fuse box. I also notice a small amount of water on the left side of the drivers side floor mat pretty much directly under the fuse block. I might add that the windshield has been recently replaced. I could not find anything wet under the dash.
For some time I have had an issue with the drivers side door lock switch, both lock actuators in the front doors have been replaced. The front passenger switch works.
I know electrical gremlins can be a royal pain in the A@@, but I don't even know where to start. Any Suggestions?

Water on the floor mat is not a good sign. Water can get into your GEM module and cause problems. It also can get into your fuse box. Take the battery connections off, and then take the GEM module out and look for water damage inside it. The GEM is what controls all the fancy functions in your truck, including how you can listen to the radio with the key out until you open the door.
