With that port size, they are 2V heads. The casting ID identifies them as later (1974) 351C heads, with the AIR (smog) provisions. Nothing wrong with that, and they could be desireable to someone who's looking for an emissions-legal head option.
If the exhaust manifolds fit those heads, they are 351C manifolds (not 400 manifolds).
The casting number on the second one you listed should be D2OE-9430-BA. Exhaust manifold part numbers are 9430 (right) and 9431 (left).
just look in the outside corners of the head for a "2" or a "4" cast onto it. This will be on the top corner and outside of the valve cover area and will be a single digit.
The 4 means it is the 4 bbl head for the cleveland, and a "2" means it can be the 2 bbl cleveland or any other 2 bbl M block head.
