2002 Ranger power windows question
I see you don't have any replies yes, so I'll see if I can get things started. All electricals like fuses, power relays, & computer/controllers, like the ECM & GEM probably belong on your suspect list.
If you know the ECM & GEM are still ok, I'd use, borrow, or come by a ELM scan tool & run FORScan diagnostic software on the viewing device of your choice as discussed here https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/1...-scantool.html, as FORScan is tweaked for Fords & can scan All onboard computer/controllers, like the GEM which is involved in operating the power windows through the power delay relay (which also belongs on your suspect list), then post All trouble code Numbers, as they can provide good trouble shooting clues that can help focus & shorten a trouble shoot.
If you don't have electrical schematics, you can view/download them & released TSB's at no cost here. BBB Industries- Premium Alternators, Starters, Power Steering Products | TSB's & Wiring Diagrams
