Mine was loose bolts to the frame. Like, look above tire, little to the left.. that was it. I think the bolts were missing. lol.
Replaced, tightened, fixed.

Did they give you an alignment print out? If so could you post it?

They didnt give me an alignment print out unfortunately and i forgot to ask. I remembered on the way home and i was already about 15 min out so it wasnt worth going back. Truck seems to drive dead straight and the little fringe on the tires seems to have worn off evenly so far. However thats the best i can tell you which isnt very accurate. very glad the tires/alignment has fixed my issue.

as to having the tires rotated i am not sure if that is included. I dont think it is because i remember asking the firestone guy about this when i had my cars tires changed last year, and he said they dont typically make money on the lifetime alignment but it brings people into the shop for other repairs and maintenance. So from his response i would assume that rotation of the tires are not free, but like i said im not sure.
