Hey all. Looking for the best way to remove the FX4 decals off of a new 2018 250. I've seen several people have done it and I've searched the forum and have found some ideas, but they don't seem to be as clean as I remember.
Wait until sun has really warmed up your truck. If can’t wait use hair dryer to warm up. When pulled mine the side with sun came right off while the other side didn’t even tho 70 degrees out. Waited until afternoon sun hit drivers side and it peeled right off.
Thanks, all. When I took the decals off of m raptor several years ago it was a tough job. Y'all were right, Once it gets started, I was able to peel off the decal in just a few pieces. Goo gone got any residue left over off easily. Going back outside to do the other side. It's only about 60 degrees this morning and I haven't used any heat and it's still been pretty easy. Thanks again!
I think it looks much cleaner without the sticker. I have had several f250 owners walk up to me and say the truck looks better without the stickers and they were taking theirs off now. Lol
But to each their own. If you really like something a certain way, keep I that way!
