If anyone with a 2000 PSD has done an air filter mod, would you be willing to part with your stock airbox/battery tray? If you will let me know, I need one.
No luck on e-bay. I know one of you guys has one. What I'm looking for is the 2-piece bottom design so I can leave all the stock plastic around the battery when I install the open filter (Tymar style). I don't want my truck to look rigged up, ya know. Call me ****, but I can't stand that. I know that the 2000 had this design, others may also, but my '02 does not.
The one I took off my 2002 had a platic intake with the battery holder covering the entire battery. I have the entire piece including the sensors, just collecting dust.

Michael013-
Did you say freebie? Yours is most likely just like mine, one piece bottom. I can make it work with some cutting, but I would like to keep one intact. Let me know what it takes to get it here.
