Running Rough
I have a 1974 460 lincon that just isn't running right, it rocks my whole truck pretty bad.
So Ive been thinking that maybe it's the timing/distributor for a few days I've been trying to set the distributor in the correct postition with the first terminal in the distributor cap while the engine is set at TDC. Once I get the distributor set with the first terminal I'll get the engine running when I turn the distributor to the drivers side the engine dies and when I turn it to the passager side it runs better but not good.
I've checked that the distributor is wired right and it is and I've tried tuneing the carb but still doesn't sound right and still rocks the whole truck any advice would be appreciated!
