When did ford start putting............
First year for the roller 5.0L truck engine was 1992, then the 5.8L got a roller cam in 1994. From what I was told, all '88 through '91 302 truck blocks were roller blocks, but fitted with a flat tappet camshaft. I didn't ask about if the 351 truck block was the same story,but somebody at F.R.P.P. should be able to tell you.
