The Seat Shop has some great youtube videos describing their products. I've spoken with them about some custom work I want done for my Excursion, and they were prompt in replying and very friendly. That is where I will get new leather upholstery once I'm ready to take the plunge soon. With that said, I don't have first-hand knowledge of their products.
