Question Gas sending unit

Previous thread said to ground sending unit to frame to verify that sending unit is bad.
Have a 1981 Ford F150 (had two tanks - removed the front one)
There are two prongs on the sending unit which one do I use to ground to the frame?
Thanks

1 of the 2 is a ground so if you jump the 2 together and the wiring is good the gauge should go up.

Now being you had 2 tanks make sure the switch is to the tank you are testing the wiring on.

Also because of duel tanks the switch could be bad and not the wiring.
If you feel the switch is good but wiring bad I would use a test light to check the wires. The one you want to ground should blink if using a test light.
Then again if blinking I would so that wire is good.
