question for racerguy
racerguy have you had a problems with windstars dying out for no reason the start back up. It happens maybe every 3 to 6 thousand miles. I have VDR on it right now but it won't die and of course hotline don't know anything.

I dont recall seeing any do that. When does it do it?
Electrical glitches on BreakWindstars can be a real pain to find.
Mode 6 data show anything that might be a clue?

I just found this on inford.com .....
we had one identical ! we put 1500 k on it & stalled 3 / 4 times ! Go to pid monitor and monitor the fuel tank pressuwe sensor, ours was reading 4.9 volts at all times. on decell and coasting it cycles the VMV, thinking its going to get extra fuel , it leans it out and it stalls. Try that. ps good luck!

thanks for the tips, guys. the problem was the isc motor. switched it with our shuttle van, now the shuttle stalls int. and the customer has not had any problems.
