Anyone know where I can get the oil restricted pushrods, other than TMeyer? I have a 400 I'm building with retro-fit roller cam. I put the grooved cam bearings in, and I suppose I can run regular pushrods, but really going for longevity here so think I should probably put them in.
depending on your build. i would suggest you get the measurements and get them from tmeyer. i did the same rebuild earlier this spring and now im prepping my pickup to install the engine and transmission. i know my push rods were shorter than expected. but if i can find the receipt or packing slip for the push rods i will let you know what they are and where they are from!
If you're looking to improve the oiling to the lifters, you can install a "T" in the front oil pressure port and run an external line over the top to the rear pressure port, that will equalize the pressure and supply to the lifter galleries.
