Does anyone know if the drag link, center link, and inner tie rods are the same for 67-72 and 73-79? When I bought my truck he had already changed to power steering and disc brakes from a 78-79 truck so I am wanting to change out those parts because they are very worn out. I can’t seem to see a difference so I wanted to be sure on which year to buy. All of those parts should have been swapped out from the 69 to 78/79 to make the power steering work correct?

I have a 1969 2wd.
In the interest of eliminating any fitment problems, it would be best to order all the steering linkage parts for the year model of the donor truck parts.
The front disc brake suspension I put on my '69 F100 came off of a '77 F100 donor truck. I ordered new Moog kingpin set and steering linkage components for a '77 F100 and everything fit like it should.
