Vibration when backing

Vibration when backing
So I have a new to me 2010 F350XL 4x4 ECSB, 5.4L auto with 18" wheels. If I back up straight or at moderate speed I have no issues. Once I hit the brakes or go slow while turning I feel a binding/vibration, which seems like it's coming from the rear end. I am thinking it's a brake issue or a U-joint, put I haven't had a chance to look at it yet. Also is the rear drive shaft suppose to be one piece or two pieces? TIA
