I have a 03 shuttle bus with a v10 6.8 motor that's bad. I have a friend who has a 2011 e 350 truck with a v10 6.8 that he wants to sell me. Will it fit with out changing motor mounts or anything? What will it take? Thanks for the information , I know nothing about motors.

wait a minute; you said “E350 truck”... which is it? A truck or E350.
Its important because some of the trucks had 3valve engines which will not interchange with E series (shuttle bus).
More importantly: how sure are you that the engine is bad? If you “know nothing about motors “ then of course there’s a chance you’re getting bad advice and wouldn’t know it. Who told you the engine was bad? And specifically HOW is it bad?
