A/C Clutch Does Not Engage

I have a 2005 Ford F150 4WD 5.4L Triton with Automatic Temp control . Compressor clutch will not engage. If I hook up a wire from the battery to the GY/WH wire at the compressor (giving the compressor direct power) the clutch engages and the a/c works great. I have checked fuse #11, #32, & #102 and have swapped out the relay. Have also jumpered both the pressure switch and the clutch cycling switch neither of which made the clutch engage. When I use a test light on the PK/YEL wire located on the backside of the a/c clutch relay and hook up the test light to ground at the battery., the compressor clutch engages.and the test light illuminates but is very dim (about 1 volt) The PK/YEL wire runs from the compressor clutch relay to pin #18 of the PCM and showed to have good resistance. Is the problem a bad PCM ? No other problems with the truck, no codes. A while back, a squirrel got under the hood and chewed up a couple of injector wires, I repaired them and 2 days later he did it again in the exact same place right behind the butt connectors. After repairing the 2nd time, I coated the wires with some sticky, stinky permatex. No evidence of any other wires being disturbed..
