Ordered my F250 Lariat CCSB diesel at the top of April and I finally see some movement. From PALSAPP site i now see it moving to GFX for the spray in bed liner.
Does anyone know how long it stays there before it is finnaly en route to my dealer?
I contacted dispatch at Jack Cooper transport, and was told that trucks could be at GFX for up to a week. My truck sat at KTP for almost three weeks, including the trip to GFX and back, before being transported to my selling dealer (only an hour away from KTP)
Just be cautious of what you see PALSAPP. Just because you see a freight bill# does not mean that transport has actually happened. It appears that those are created when Ford knows there will be a need, not after it has happened. Unless you see a delivery receipt in the document area, it is a guess, and it appears none, or very few, of the GFX transports yield a receipt. Since Jack Cooper also services my local rail yard here in MD, I already see a freight bill # for moving the truck from my local rail yard to the dealership, but my truck has not left Louisville yet.
Mine was at GFX 1 day. Guess I got lucky.
Spent 1 day at the Railhead. For me the longest wait was after the Railhead offload sat at the lot 1 week (during a long wknd) before it arrived at the dealership one evening.
PALSAPP / Jack Cooper says my 18 Lariat is at Shelbyville Mixing. Built 6/6 I think, is getting factory Spray In liner. Delivery to Central AR now showing 7/7 delivery changed from 7/3 on COTUS. My dealer says if it ever gets to Memphis by rail he can get the last 2 hours by truck expedited as they get loads frequently.
My VIN is 1FT7W2B62JEC74587 if anybody can look at a resource I can’t find. Ordered 3/23, I need a real truck, my Wrangler YJ and trailer ain’t cutting it. Sold my F350 DRW and F150 to buy it not expecting a 90 day wait.
