Since I bashed in the passenger side door this past winter, I found and bought a donor door in great shape. Problem is its a crank up window vs my existing power window door. Can the crank up be converted to a power window? If not, could a body shop just swap the outer shells of the door, one for the other? Or do I best just start over and find a power window replacement door?
Yes not too hard, can't remember if the regulator assemblies are bolted or riveted in but in any case they interchange pretty easily, I did this with my '90.
