Wheel adapters

Hey, guys I recently took off 20" chrome rims from my Escalade and sold the truck, now I have a 2001 expedition I wan't to put the 20's on the ford but I'd have to get wheel adapters to do so.

I got quoted $375 for all 4 has anyone had any experience with these adapters, after all I will be going from 5x135mm to 6x139 are they safe and will they hurt my hubs or wheels?
