04 psd 6.0 missing / skipping after some work
Any advice on how to start narrowing down the issue? Fuel pressure? Injector? Identifying which cylinder is missing?

I'm hoping I didn't damage an injector in all this work. When I first put everything back together, I found out one of the bolt holes that the oem oil cooler water jacket uses was punched through (previous owner must have used too long a bolt?). With the bolt in there, I'm guessing it wasn't leaking, but the IPR egr delete wasn't using that hole, so when I went to crank it there was a massive oil leak. There was probably a total of ~2min off and on of cranking that was done as I was trying to find the oil leak. Could that have hurt the injectors? After I took it all apart I looked down the bolt hole and found the puncture. I fill it up with some black RTV silicone, chopped the bolt to a shorter length, and tightened it back in there. Fortunately the bolt head doesn't interfere with the IPR egr delete.
I'm on the verge of buying autoenginuity, but would love to not shell out another $350. I might put back in my old IPR valve as well just to see... I changed it out because my truck was intermittently losing power/stalling with white smoke out the tailpipe. I have a coolant pressure gauge hooked up and it hasn't shown any overpressurization, so I'm fairly certain it's not a HG issue.
