When is the meet projected to happen? I live about 1.5 hour south and would like to come.....

Forum sure does mess up pictures anymore. My pictures are ALL clean but FTE adds sayings and phases that are not on originals. 🤷*♀️🤷🏻*♀️

I live 1.5 hours south of Daytona, we go to both of the Turkey Runs each year, never heard of the truck meet until this post, we get our TV coverage out of Orlando/Daytona markets and never heard about it.....

Damn, I was just there in Port Orange/Ponce Inlet area and missed it by a week. I didn’t see or hear anything either. Lots of folks braving the rain during the weekend of the country music festival though.

I heard on our local TV station (WFTV channel 9 out of Orlando) that these were many arrests for drugs, violence, and some traffic stuff during this show.

We have been going to the Daytona Turkey Run show for over 20 years and never have heard of any arrests in and around that show.....

beautiful trucks in the pictures here, but crime & violence isn't our thing, so I have no interest in attending next year.

I'd still be up for a "local" 7.3 meet though....

2500 tickets. Black smoking, burnouts, bumper height, tint, lights, hydraulics, radio volume, seat belts, people riding in bed of trucks, etc. Law enforcement made like 1/2 million dollars in citations. Never saw any violence or drugs. Just really nice trucks!

p.s. We think the girls that were pulling their shirts up if you did a burnout or black smoked, were actually undercover cops! Burnouts are an arrestable offense!
