DSO code (Ford city/state district sales office the truck was ordered from) is missing, which is very odd, as all FoMoCo vehicles Warranty Plates have it.
Whoever at the factory that stamped this plate, must have "fallen asleep at the switch," or went to lunch or it was quitting time.
