Hey I just got a 2010 Transit Connected with 120k miles on it. When I'm stopped on an incline and I take my foot off the brake I roll backwards. Depending on how steep the hill is it feels just like if the car was a manual. Is this normal with these or the sign of something wrong? Thanks

I will check this out with my Connect. But my impression is that any automatic trans will drift on a hill without either the brake or some gas. Have you tried calling a dealer?
